Gitlab Integration - Display Group name
not on the roadmap
Bruno Mucelini Mergen
Usually we organize the projects in groups where the final name of the project is "API", "APP" or "Web" (for example).
But then checki the integrations made, only the final name of the project appears and I don't know which group it belongs to.
I suggest that the name of the group is also presented, as it is already presented when doing the integration.

It would be very convenient to have a setting to display the hierarchy of added GitLab projects

I had to rename our projects to also include the group name, otherwise the integration is unusable...

Identical problem for us. I think in general this part of the ClickUp UI / UX should be refactored in general. This is what I wrote to the support:
Hi ClickUp Team,
the GitLab (and possibly GitHub also) Integration has some bad flaws in the UI / UX that are very problematic in real world projects.
- Perhaps instead of moving the selected projects from left to the right list, the full with should be used with enable / disable to save space
- The lists should be a lot more compact. Typically you may have > 50 - many many repos in these large lists... you're lost! :)
The fonts are too large and expanding / collapsing the list of spaces within the container is a pain if you have a lot of spaces.
- The most critical problem currently is, that on the right side the repo name is shortened to the last part, which makes it impossible to identify the repo, see screenshot attached! <<< this feature request!
- It would also help if repos could not only be assigned to a space, but also only to folders, if you group your spaces by client and folders by project, which is quite typical.
The integration is great, but administration drives you crazy here and I guess you already solved similar UI / UX problems better in other areas.
Thank you very much!
