Highly agree - advanced notification settings for the Discord integration are really necessary to help teams work more efficiently. We need the option to edit notifications for either tasks or subtasks - not both of them.

It would be awesome to just be able to set options for both main and subtasks. Getting spammed for all changes on subtasks is super annoying.

Also, we should be able to set which are the triggering conditions, e.g. I want to receive notifications only on and not every single status change
