What’s Available Today
- Import from Confluence
You can import Confluence spaces and pages into ClickUp Docs via HTML export/import. Learn how here.

- Confluence Integration
This native integration allows Workspace owners or admins to enable Connected Search—so you can search your Confluence docs directly within ClickUp.

To help us understand where to go next, we’d appreciate your feedback on the following:
- Would you find value in being able to create or relate ClickUp tasks directly from Confluence pages—or vice versa?
- Is embedding ClickUp tasks or Docs inside Confluence a high-value capability for your workflow?
- Is embedding Confluence docs inside ClickUp a high-value capability for your workflow?
- Florian mentioned that the current setup doesn’t support Confluence on-premise. Is this a critical blocker for your team?

1-3 are valuable for us and would be great and enable new use-cases for us, that we are currently not doing through Clickup, as these features are missing.
But there is one much more important thing: Confluence Connected Search does not support personal connections. This is by far the biggest blocker. To be honest, this is currently the biggest reason for us to churn as a customer for at least Clickup AI, as none of our Confluence spaces are public and we can't use it with private information, but all our information is in Confluence.

Elias Höfer: Thank you so much for your feedback! So, would you say that Personal Connected Search is most requested feature for you and your workspace?

The rest would be really valuable also (especially 1.1. and 2), but to say it out clearly, if personal connected search is not done until our renewal of Clickup AI we will definitely cancel it (we are actively checking for alternatives / considering upgrading Atlassian and pulling information out of Clickup).
I requested this as a service with your Sales / CSM also a few weeks back, we would be ready to pay for this, but I never got a real answer.

Tadej Jevševar Yes! This would greatly alter our workflow. As an HR team, our Confluence space needs to be separate from the other workspaces, and a personal connection would be the only way to enable the search for the correct team members.

Hi Zach, thx for the Confluence Integration especially for the integration in Universal Search. Unfortunately we're not able to use it because we've an on-premise confluence. So far I've not found a way how to enable the integration for an on-premise instance.

+1 for confluence import - would be huge for us.

The lack of any bulk import feature will probably block us adopting ClickUp company wide. Until I can realistically move us away from Atlassian (without weeks of manually import page by page), I cannot recommend that clickup can replace Atlassian.
