ClickUp should work the same as other apps which integrate with Apple Reminders app. The ClickUp iOS app gains access to a single list within Apple Reminders app. The tasks would sync to a specific list within ClickUp. Upon launching the Clickup iOS app, it copies the Apple Reminders tasks on the given list, complete with due dates, recurrence, and any notes or attachments on the Reminders task, and creates a new task in ClickUp with the data. Once the copy is complete, the ClickUp iOS app would then delete the task from the Apple Reminders app. Once the ClickUp iOS app has all the new tasks, it should obviously be available within the web browser or any other medium used to interface with ClickUp.

Web and desktop so we can see all in one place.

Same here: sync Apple Reminders to the entire CU workspace. Although I hardly use the CU mobile app, a hybrid way of working is very much preferred.

I’m a little surprised by the question. Apple generally syncs with everything. I’m not sure why anyone would want reminders to sync on one version, but not the others. There needs to be a two-way sync with reminders, ideally being able to select, which lists are going to sync. And it needs to be crossed all variations of the quick up apps.

Synced across all devices. It’s really difficult to use Siri with the iOS app and I want that to be more seamless.

If it is synchronized, it is best to synchronize all apps (iOS, web, desktop), otherwise synchronization is not very useful.

Hey everyone 👋
Tadej here, PM of Integrations at ClickUp — thanks so much for the votes and feedback!
Quick question for those of you who use Apple Reminders:
Would you want the integration to sync directly into the ClickUp iOS app, or would you prefer it to sync with your full ClickUp workspace (including the web and desktop apps)?
Would love to learn more about how you’d actually use this day-to-day — especially if you’re relying on Siri or shortcuts.

Tadej Jevševar Sync with my full ClickUp Workspace. The reason’s pretty simple: I use Siri a lot in day-to-day situations (like quickly adding a reminder while driving), but I mainly work with ClickUp on my computer. So it’d be super helpful if those reminders showed up there as well. 🙏

Tadej Jevševar It would be awesome to have my whole Workspace synced — so that whatever I add on Apple Reminders shows up in ClickUp, and whatever I add on ClickUp appears in Reminders

Tadej Jevševar for me the reminders app is a very straightforward way to have a glimpse of my tasks and as I use other to-do apps, including Apple reminders, it's a very good way to see all my tasks

Tadej Jevševar This is a must! full workspace.
I much prefer apple reminders on iOS, over clickups mobile app but I use ClickUp for work and have a fair bit of personal stuff in there too. However, I can't fully commit to ClickUp and have fragmented reminders because of the following:
1) I use apple reminders when driving as you can word your reminders any way you want compared to trying to add through clickup shortcuts using Siri which is no good.
2) When a ClickUp task thats due shows up on screen, I need to click into the app to do anything. Whereas reminders allows you to do several actions from the notification with a long press etc.
3) I've never really understood ClickUp reminders, they seem like an afterthought. They should really be removed and just have tasks with reminder features. ClickUp has way too many notification areas as it is.
It would be awesome to drive along and set reminders using Siri, that sync to ClickUp (as tasks) and for ClickUp to have tasks sync as reminders in Apple Reminders so I can action them/defer them via reminders so much quicker.

Need this! Clickup Reminders arent good at all

we need this to sync, also apple notes

Surely this is fairly basic. If the lightweight calendars app that I use can manage it, I’m sure ClickUp can.
