Whiteboard functions are freezing

Hello. While drawing a while, selecting objects is not possible, and zooming and panning are also disabled in the Windows desktop app. Also, the Windows desktop version is not in sync with the web version

Hey Alexander, thanks for flagging this. A few questions that would help us look into it — are you on the latest version of the desktop app? Does this happen on every whiteboard or just specific ones? And if you can walk us through the steps to trigger the freeze (how long you've been on the board, what you were doing right before), that'd be really useful.
