Right now whiteboard is a feature that is completely set apart from list. Sure, you can link tasks on it, but everything has to be done manually...
I would love to have a whiteboard as a list view :
  • A whiteboard that would automatically add task cards from the list (in a dedicated side). And you rearrange it manually (well maybe you could ask for an automated arrangement according to specific info -priority, relationships...- but it seems a quite big thing to implement).
  • You could decide whatever information you want to be displayed on cards (date, status, priority, custom fields...)
  • And really important : show their relationships and dependencies !
If you could toggle a "edit relationships" and rearrange the connections between tasks in the whiteboard it would just be amazing! Right now, managing relationships is lot of work and it seems there is no way to visualize it !
