Hey! I am currently moving from Milanote to Clickup and would love to share some really important features to my video production studio. We heavily use the Whiteboard style environment since its very visual and easy to navigate, looking at multiple shots/takes in 1 view.
  • Ability to download a video with right clicking from Whiteboard (no capability, only image) at the moment, you have to double click video to click the 3 dots to download, may be confusing for team members
  • Increase file size limit on Whiteboard (we like to deliver videos between creator and production company within the boards so we can keep track of versioning)
  • Add ease out animation on zooming for smoother UI interface (this would add a smoother feel when navigating through boards)
  • Add @mentions on boards (we like to tag eachother on boards to notify where something has been added
  • Add Task Due date on Task (if we get a revision, we would like to quickly adjust the date instead of opening task, though its not a crazy hassle right now!)
  • Ability to change Whiteboard background & Task Color (at the moment, tasks and background are the same color. Frames add too much clutter)
  • Ability to disable Shape Outline (a solid color help with a modern UI look)
  • Ability to add PDF and other files, or ability to add Cards to whiteboard (Whiteboard feels too isolated with only tasks linking to project)
