When a new subtask is created it is just added to the bottom of the table why not associate with the task?

Yep. Most often, when I'm creating a new subtask it is intended to be the successor of the subtask I've just been working on, which I'm just marking as "done". Ideally, I'd want the new subtask to be created right underneath that.
