Currently users can watch a task but not a doc. Do when changes are made within a doc, users are not informed.

Users can watch a doc and are informed about changes in notifications

without this feature, the docs are not usable as a it is impossible to have governance.

I also want this feature. Option to add yourself as a watcher to a document to be notified when:
- doc is edited or updated
- a new sub-page is added

It would be great to at least get notified whenever a comment is added to a doc that you are watching
