VERY Frustrating payment method

Hi Team, I am Clickup advocate normally I have proposed your sofrware to multiple companies. But let me express my deepest frustration: When I change anything regarding my team in the workspace, there is no feedback, no warning, you just take my money. Yesterday I added a new person. I thought we had enough space because I just payed the yearly fee a month ago. We did not, I was wrong. But no message, no feedback, just today I see you took my money.
Of course I understand that new people cost more, but it is not clearly communicated how many seats I have left. Please at least give me a popup or something before you take the money, that "Hey, you will have to pay additional for this".
This have happened for the second time now. If I see I had to pay double, I would have found another way because this person is not even employee, just tryout. Please fix this.

I agree. It can be only a wrong click or change of rights for a space from "view-only" to "comment" and a new seat is immediately generated without warning. A pop-up saying "You're about to exceed number of your available seats. Do you want to continue?" would be enough. This must be very easy to implement.
Generally, the whole billing policy is the worst point of ClickUp and I'm seriously considering to change the product mostly because of this, instead of expanding the number of user as we have planned.
