As a user, I need to plan the user journey in a structured fashion so I can break down the journey steps into specific activities and tasks. Using sticky notes does not allow me to snap tasks into the correct spot in the map; provides a consistent framework for the development of the map. I fully support! I was delighted with Clickap, that it has everything you need in one tool. I use it for personal purposes. And I implemented it in the company where we pay $ 600 per month. And I am shocked that such a well-known feature as a full-fledged user story map is not implemented here. For the second week, I do not understand what to do with this.
