User status/availability indicator

I would like to see ClickUp show when a user on my team is logged in. This would be especially invaluable for chatting... nothing like trying to reach someone who turns out not to be logged in.
Statuses should be like chat/Slack, perhaps Active, Away, Do Not Disturb. If Away or Logged Out, perhaps the last active time should also be shown.
If it weren't for the guest square already on the icon, that would be a handy place to show whether the user is active and available. Another idea could be in the user's Profile.

For organizations looking to move away from Microsoft Teams, having proper user availability statuses is absolutely essential. Features like Online, Busy, Away, Do Not Disturb, and similar indicators are a baseline expectation in any modern collaboration tool. Without the ability to quickly see if a colleague is available or occupied, teams are forced to keep using Teams just for this basic functionality. Please prioritize this feature — it would be a key factor in making ClickUp a true all-in-one replacement for Teams.

I use Last Seen/Active or ONLINE in Telegram and Whatsapp ALL THE TIME, we all do, right? For work it's even more important.

Able to add out of office hours to click up which would prevent you being assigned to tasks that are due while you are on annual leave, or at least flag that information to the task owner
