I appreciate the overall functionality of ClickUp and the ambition to provide powerful tools. However, I find it misleading that the plan is named "Unlimited", yet some features are accessible only a limited number of times before a paywall appears.

In my recent experience, I discovered the Workload feature when the "Team" icon kept appearing in my sidebar. After investing time to explore and set up the Workload view and begin tracking time, I was surprised to find the feature disabled, with a message asking me to pay an additional $420 to continue using it. This undermines the "Unlimited" promise and feels more akin to a freemium mobile app than a professional productivity platform.

I value ClickUp as a serious company and would encourage transparency and consistency in plan naming and feature access. Please consider revisiting the naming or usage limits of the Unlimited plan to avoid confusion and frustration for loyal customers.
