I would like to request a two-level filtering feature in ClickUp dashboards that allows applying conditions simultaneously to parent tasks and their subtasks.

Use Case Example:

Parent tasks contain “Workshop” in the name

Subtasks have fixed names, e.g., “First appointment” and “Second appointment”

Goal: On a dashboard, retrieve only parent tasks that contain “Workshop” and have subtasks named “First appointment” with status = Completed

Currently, dashboards only allow filtering at a single level (tasks OR subtasks), requiring Rollups, automation flags, or manual exports to achieve this.

Requested Feature:

Level 1: Filter conditions on parent tasks (name, status, custom fields)

Level 2: Filter conditions on subtasks (name, status, custom fields)

Result: Dashboard widgets show only parent tasks that satisfy both conditions

Benefit:

Simplifies reporting and tracking in dashboards

Eliminates extra setup for Rollups or automations

Makes parent/subtask progress fully visible in one view
