Allow automations to trigger based on specific words or phrases in comments, including those from emails.
Use Case: Useful for users without permission to modify statuses directly. They can reply to an email with a predefined phrase (e.g., "Status: Approved"), and the system updates a custom field or task status accordingly.
Requirements:
- Option for case sensitivity.
- Ability to define multiple trigger phrases for different actions.
