To be able to conform to some sort of SLAs or even create a custom field, that would reflect SLA status (Good or Overdue), would be beneficial if tasks had a counter in hours.
Currently that happens mostly day by day, but let's say if First Response needs to be within 2 hours, it's not possible to do. Additionally if Time to Resolution based on priority is X hours, that can't be enforced
Currently Due Date only covers full days, and it's not possible to adjust due date per hour.
So if there's a task that needs to be completed within 8 hours of creation, that can't be tracked and enforced.
