Currently, when setting up an automation to “Track time” (for example, when a task is marked complete), the action only allows a fixed time value to be entered. There is no option to use the task’s own “Time Estimate” as a variable.

This limitation means I can’t automate logging the actual estimated time for each task when it’s completed. It would be extremely helpful if the “Track time” action could accept dynamic variables—specifically, the “Time Estimate” field from the task—so that the correct amount of time is logged automatically for each task.

This feature would save my team a lot of manual work and improve reporting accuracy. Please consider adding this functionality to make automations more powerful and flexible for time tracking workflows.
