The Template Center Audit Log currently only records "created" and "applied" events. Template deletions are not logged anywhere (not in the Template Center Audit Log, not in the Workspace Audit Logs). For governance, we need to know who deleted a template and when. This is especially important for shared workspace templates (e.g., Space templates used across teams) where an accidental or unauthorized deletion has no recovery path and no attribution trail.
