Tooltip on Hover for Custom Field Dropdown

Currently if your custom dropdown has a long name it will be cut off. If you have a few that are titled similarly, it might get confusing.
Please add a tooltip that appears when you hover over this to help.

Currently, I cannot create a description for custom field dropdown options that display when my cursor is hovered over the option. It would be nice to be able to create descriptions for each dropdown option that appear when a user hovers over that specific option.
