ClickUp is difficult to manage at scale because many important actions cannot be completed by AI or automation. Users are forced to move and organize large amounts of data manually, which is time-consuming and difficult.

We need the ability to:

Move folders between Spaces;

Move tasks between folders and lists;

Move Docs and Whiteboards between locations;

Create and delete Docs and Whiteboards;

Move multiple items in bulk;

Add icons or emojis to folders;

Preserve links, permissions, comments, and relationships after moving content.

When managing many projects, doing these actions manually takes too much time, and teams often cannot complete the work on schedule. AI assistants should be able to perform these operations safely after user approval.

Please improve the API and AI capabilities so ClickUp can support bulk organization, moving, creation, deletion, and folder customization. This would make ClickUp much more useful for large teams and project-based workflows.
