Sometimes, live editing of a shared doc reveals more than I'd like to others while I work on phrasing, wording, etc. Being able to think about what I want others to see without it showing up in real-time is a helpful privacy and quality-of-life improvement. The only other remedy is to write elsewhere and copy and paste.

I'd like to be able to toggle live editing off PER USER (or just myself) and instead "commit" my changes as I go, when I'm ready. Will probably look more like merging PRs than editing a live doc, but would have it's benefits!
