Context:
We have a Client List in ClickUp with 40+ clients. Each client has custom fields showing their retainer value, contract terms, service lines, etc.
Each client also has its own Delivery List in our Delivery space. Every project for that client is tracked as a single task within that list.
Current Problem:
ClickUp does not offer a way to automatically sum all tracked time for a client across all its associated tasks/projects.
We cannot get a total “time spent” figure at the client level. We are still using Clockify to get this data.
Impact:
This prevents us from:
  • Quickly spotting overservicing vs. retainers
  • Accurately tracking recognised revenue against contracts
  • Being able to have one clear view for anyone in the agency to see what clients we are most profitable for / where needs some work.
Feature Request:
Please add the ability to aggregate time tracked on all tasks and subtasks linked to a client into a single view or report. Ideally, within the client’s List view, or via Dashboards with filters by custom field (client name) without needing to use another tool like Clockify!
