ClickUp, why on EARTH did you get rid of the ability to click a parent task and see which nested subtasks have tracked time?
This is a HUGE backwards step for productivity. Now you have to click on EVERY nested subtask to find out which ones have tracked time, where, before, you could just click the tracked time of the parent task to see this information.
This backwards step is going to cost hours of time to figure out which nested subtasks in a parent task have time tracked.
Please revert this change!

I need to track the time of multiple tasks simultaneously!

I would like to track my time and then report it in form of a Pie/Bar chart grouped with tags and filtered for time tracked and logged only in last 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days and custom duration.

Please take a look at https://syncd.com/ – this is a really really old time tracking tool but it has everything you need. Especially look at the filtering options and Reports and Export as PDF and CSV. There you can really finetune how to display timesheets broken down by clients / Projects / so on... This is what ClickUp Timetracking is heavily missing.

Standalone time tracking DESKTOP APP, or a compact interface in main one (best references clockify and toggl):
- Idle time detection: with the ability to choose what to do with idle time (keep, discard, start new timer, assign to other task)
- Pomodoro timer (with the ability to automatically tag break times, or discard them)
- Mini timer
- Integrate with pulse so users can know on which task manually log time if needed
MOBILE APP:
- Pomodoro timer
REPORTING:
- Billable rates for assigne!
- - To make time report UI easier to develop should probably have its own section (like goals), with the power of dashboards
- See Harvest reporting pages for reference
- ability to connect time tracking to goals
An easier alternative would be to mirror (or two way sync) time tracking with at least one of the major time tracking apps

The ability to create time reports that are live and shareable via link. No account or login needed from the end user. Paymoapp.com allowed me to do this, which was an amazing feature! Would love to see it here :)

Move the time tracking entry box so it sits above the list of people who've tracked time.
Reasons why:
- This consistently maintains its position no matter how many people have tracked time on a task.
- It's the right visual architecture. You're (I hope) more often clicking on time tracking to track time than to check the details of the time tracked. The thing that's used more should be on top.
This applies to anywhere you can select the time tracking dropdown, so in task view, list view, etc.

Give some more order to the list of people who've tracked time.
- Put "Me" at the top of the list of users who've tracked time on a task. I don't want to have to search for my name, I want it consistently at the top. I also don't want to have to scroll to see my name when there's a long list of people who've tracked time on a task, that's wasting time.
- Below "Me" at the top, order the people list in some consistent manner. Alphabetical would be useful. Amount of time tracked could be another way, or in order of date of last tracked time.

Allow me to choose which specific time labels I can see, in order to make selecting labels faster.
Problem: We have multiple teams within our company and we're all using different time labels. This makes for 60+ time labels to choose from, and many have similar names. Adding labels is slow and annoying.
Suggestions:
- Allow individual users to pick their time labels.
- Allow Workspace admins to pick which time labels each user sees (I wouldn't do this, but it's an option).
- Allow selecting specific time labels per Space/Folder/List (I'd want Space and Folder level. I wouldn't use List level but I'm sure others would).
- Allow selecting specific time labels per Team.

Time tracking could be simpler and faster. Reduce the number of actions to track time, and remove the need for mouse/click navigation, allowing keyboard-only entry. Some suggestions:
- Enable Tab for navigation through Description, Labels and Billable fields. Example: Type your hours tracked > Tab > type your description > Tab > select time label(s) > Tab > toggle billable on/off > Enter (to submit). At any time in that process you could hit enter to submit, for example after typing the description because you don't use labels or billable hours. Could also allow the date picker to be selected by Tab.
- Preselect the time unit in Manual tracking. I'd prefer to have 'hours' preselected because I never track time using any other unit. Then I can simply write a number and hit enter. "2" + "Enter" = 2 hours tracked. No need for letters. No need to select the popup "2 hours" after you've typed in "2h". The preselected time unit would be the unit you used the last time you tracked time.
