time tracked in workload
jen
Hi can you please add time tracked in workload. Workload was the initial time estimate. but if a project takes more time than the estimate. The workload should increase too. Thanks

We need this point!
I would like it to count the MAX(estimated time, recorded time). That is, the estimated time until a higher amount is registered.

Hi
please add this one, it's really usefull, sometimes some tasks get more than the estimation, and that makes workload look really empty, it would be awesome to switch to time tracked view, so it would be clear what happened on sprint

please add this. can't believe this request is from 3 years ago and this hasn't been added yet.

Indeed this would be super helpful! OR add a separate "Timetracking" View type which shows all possible details, sums, exports etc. on time tracking. Currently this is totally missing.

Just reiterating that the workload view in it's current state is only really helpful for allocating distribution of resources on an assignee basis. However, we need access within the settings to reference Time Tracked in order to utilize it as an actual capacity tracker. In fact, it would be super helpful if it read as follows: [Time Tracked]/[Time Estimated], that way we don't have to manually add in the soft limits ourselves.

It would also be helpful if the workload of teams could be displayed. This would allow us to move tasks that are in the team pool directly from the view to employees with free capacities.

Does Clickup have any interest in making the workload view work? At the moment it has zero value for capacity planning.

Workload view is not useful unless it reflects just the REMAINING TIME (Expected - Registered) but currently reflects just EXPECTED. If we're tracking "workload" and we don't consider what has already been done we are tracking nothing and it does not help to properly manage teams.

And when the time is tracked, Workload View should not distrubute the time equally. Time tracked should fill the Capacity on the day it is tracked

YES! It's broken without it. Either via the time tracked feature if that one is used. Or make the option to hook it up using for example the progress bar (manual or auto), so that when a task has been 50% completed, only 50% of it's estimated is spread our over remaining days and resources assigned?
