Time Tags available to Brain and Super Agents

Time tags are currently not accessible to Brain or AI Agents- severely limiting the usefulness of time tracking.
For example: we use Time Tags to track when a time entry has been included on an invoice and then when it's been paid by the client. We also use tags to indicate who the time should be billed to- the end-client, the primary vendor, etc. These things are just as important as the Billable toggle when it comes to processing time entries from beginning to end.
Same thing when it comes to time descriptions. Super Agents could create reports and summaries that were useful if only they had access to this data.
