Time Estimate - Remove Weekends!
planned

The ability to remove weekends in the time estimate would be a really helpful feature. This way I can use the time estimates for (human) resource management. Right now, if I budget over 56 hours (seven 8 hour days) the time estimate rolls to 1 week -- which is counted as 7 consecutive days -- which is a little deceiving since in project planning time a week is 5 days and a month is counting only workdays, not 30 consecutive days.

Please, let us configure the number of working days in a week and base your calculations on that; or let us show the time estimate in hours. Or do them both!

could you add "week" time scales

This would be great. We currently build in extra days in ClickUp as out Turn Around Times ignore weekends.

should I call people to come work on weekend or I calculate it manually by myself, what the point of estimating time while you have to include weekend!!!
who did this need to work during the weekend to fix it to be honest!

Great suggestion - would be even better if this could be even more customisable in terms of projecting around certain dates. eg: blocking out dates during school holidays for teachers, where there is no face-to-face work with students

+1. I schedule my work in the timeline view with weekends hidden. If I assign a job that's estimated to take 16 hours to a Friday+Monday it looks great at first but if I move the start date to Monday it suddenly appears as a four day job!

This is really important, please implement it!

+1 to this, especially having it work similarly to the "hours per day" on estimates, essentially being able to specify "days per week" with the 4-day work week becoming more popular.
