The new comment thread is horrible experience. It is showing all of the activity in the comments such as change of status, and not just comments - my team just wants to see comments

Hey Steven Schaffer! Your feedback is pretty interesting, because you used to see all comments + activity items all together in a single panel. Now, activity is in a separate panel, except for a select few important activity items such as Status, Priority, Due Dates, etc.
Are you saying that you want it returned to how it was, or you like that it's mostly just comments and want to not see the important activity types?

Brendan W My team gave me the feedback that it was easier to read comment thread when all of the activity was rolled up, showing only just comments. Being allowed to then click "show more" for the activity.
Now you have no choice but to see all of the status changes & assignee changes on a task where we should only being able to just see comments
