The ability to add Tasks at the top or the middle of a list
Randar Puust
I want to able to add tasks at the top. I work top-down and would like to be able to add tasks at the top. They are always inserted at the bottom, and then I have to drag it to the top. I would suggest the default location to be a configurable setting because other people work bottom-up.
I also want to add tasks in the middle using something like a "add above this task" or "add below this task". This would allow me to keep the current prioritized items and insert a new task relative to other items in that list.

It is really annoying to be forced to add a task at the bottom of the task list. With many tasks, it takes forever to drag them to the proper location.
Please implement like Notion. On the left side of any row, you can click a “+” button to add a Task where you want it.

Not a fix really but you can create a sub-task of any task on the top/middle then drag it out where you want it (so it becomes a regular task and not a sub-task). Ideally there should be a proper way of doing it, especially if you have long lists.

Add task at the top of a list

In the beginning, when I created a new task, it would add it at the top of the list. But one day when I created new task, it went to the bottom. How can I set it back to its original status? Thanks

Yes, exactly. Was going to write the same. Thanks for leading. Very cumbersome to add then move!
