Hey, Angela! Thanks for your post! ClickUp does currently have an integration with Twilio. Would this work for what you're looking for? If not, can you share more details about the texting capabilities you're looking for?

Don't they have a Twilio integration? Check the app center and see if it meets your use case.

i think they are working on a more sophisticated communication system... they sent a form asking really specific question about crm communication to some clickup members

Its the reason i’m looking to move away from clickup, the twilio integration is too basic for the sender ID and the fact it doesnt pickup numbers from custom fields, its a let down.
