Team view is using the workload label to reflect on the team capacity. Actually that is not the perfect label as cause expectation confusion with the other workload view.

In team workload, the view reports on members progress, assigned number of tasks, its estimated time, estimated points. On the other hand, Workload view reports on Tracked time vs capacity to reflect whose overloaded and whose not.

As you can see, both are serving two different purposes. Hence this require to review the labels of Team view. In my opinion, it much reflects team progress and performance rather than workload.
