In our organisation we want to create procedures based on team, for example, each position have his own team. The objective is if someone quits or he's being promoted, all his tasks continue to live with the team associated. But unfortunatly we experiment a lot of issues with this fonction. For example, the list are duplicated, no access to tasks in the Outlook app, sharing task doesn't always work depending on the team level, etc.
