My org uses email as a crutch for sure - we are getting into integrating that crutch into click up tasks - this leaves us with activity feeds that have massive email threads - it would be realllly nice if we could have a carat that would minimize all activity and show what type it is, with a date and who made the update, so you could scroll through the email threads a little easier. Its is a jungle out there.
