When tagging users in a doc/task, we'd like it to give ONLY the users that already have access to that doc/task/etc. We have a lot of guests in our space that only have access to a very limited number of lists/tasks/docs however they show up everywhere and muddy up our tag list. Our team is constantly selecting them in error, then being asked if they'd like to grant permissions and this really hinders their workflow.
Currently the process works that once someone is tagged, we are given the option to add their permission. We'd like the process to work inversely, where they are not an option to be tagged UNLESS they already have permission. The team would then know they needed to add permission first, however 99% of the time, these people are being tagged in error.
If this were a setting that could be turned on either at the workspace or the individual level, that would be ideal.
