Subtasks should be grouped by Status like any other task, even if parent isn't same status

A subtask in a different status is hidden when task list grouped by Status. Use case: My parent task might be a long term project, and I want to choose 1 or 2 subtasks to prioritize now. IF grouped by status, the subtask isn't visible. See screenshot. 'In Progress" grouping should have 'add Lindsay bio' beneath.

A way to "detach" subtasks from parent tasks and have all of them appear as separate tasks by using a grouping option in the list view would be great. This would help with Board View as well, tho. Really massive update. And would also solve OP's request
