Currently in subtasks the parent task link is shown on the very left top above the trail. I'm very shure that UX tests will show that users new to clickup don't see this and look for it in the trail below.

You may keep the line above, but please also add the parent task to the trail, which simply makes sense and do nopt trim the trail anymore if the line is wide enough.
