I work for local government--a library in Pima County in Tucson, Arizona. In order for us to have ClickUp, we have to have approval by IT and approval by County procurement. County Procurement has a policy that cards can't be set up as auto-renewals. Most likely the policy exists because of the budgeting per fiscal year and most likely to protect against unjustified expenditures; we have to justify and request the use every year for the product. If we had stopped using it, they wouldn't want the money to keep coming out. It's much easier to be on auto-renewal but I just got dinged by County Procurement because I let us auto-renew.
