I'd like to be able to filter on tasks that have specifically returned from any other status to the New status. Specifically, I have one new status called "Pending Review" where new tasks start. I want to find out if tasks with certain conditions return to this status after being in any other "in progress" status. I'd like to be able to do this on a filter for lists, but also on a dashboard.
