Many of my tasks require automations based on statuses in relation to Start and Due dates, but with more flexibility. For example: If a task’s status changes to [Status A] and the Due Date is in the future, then send an email.

Currently, automations only support fixed dates, of set or not set dates, which limits dynamic workflows. It would be very helpful to have options like “in the future” or “in the past” for date conditions—similar to how we currently use “is set” or “is not set.” This would allow for more adaptive and time-sensitive automations.
