Standalone Notepad desktop & mobile app

Notepad is great and I love how it integrates in the overal platform and how easily notes can be turned into tasks.
However, would like to have a standalone notepad app for desktop and mobile that would sync with the main platform so that I can jot quick notes without going into the ClickUp platform and come back to them later when I fire up the app and do more of a focused work.
Perhaps a lean Electron app would do a trick here!
In any case, keep up the good work ClickUp team!

Please make a notepad widget (or a standalone app) for android phones!! I think thats a super important feature clickup is still missing!

A real 'notes' app for docs, instead of burying them inside the CU app. Clean, easy to use.
If I want to see the tasks it can open the other app. Same for whiteboards - separate app.

Having a ClickUp Notepad app on my iPhone and iPad would be a game changer. I want to keep everything together in ClickUp, but at times when using my iPhone, it can be quite a few clicks to get to the notepad to jot down the note. Sometimes its easier just to go to the Apple Notes app to jot down the note, but now I have mulitple places where my information is now stored. Please create a ClickUp Notes app.

It will be possible in this case to take notes while having a conference call (for example) so keeping the eyes on the shared screen while writing down, without been forced to be inside Clickup platform.

I think having 2 apps is definitely not the way, however a hotkey to access docs or having them easier to access and use generally is needed. For instance I stopped using OneNote but Docs in ClickUp are nor really fast to access

Adán Conde: agreed, Docs in mobile is actually broken in many ways including accessing attachments, if they could tidy this up so that it performs as well as desktop then the mobile Docs would be really useful

I would really love to be able to have a quick access to notepad from the app.
As with creating task and reminder by pressing/holding the app sign, it would be great to be able to choose adding new note. There are at least 4 steps, while compared with Samsung notes I'm easily using now, has only 2 steps.
I'd love to be able to use CU instead 😉
