Single Task Sharing by Assigning Task without needing Sharing & Permissions

Currently all sharing needs to go through “Sharing & Permissions” but this becomes very inefficient, especially for a productivity service, when it needs to be done on a Task-by-Task bases, especially for guests. It takes too many clicks and in the end I still need to assign the task! I assume the same is true when I want to add someone as a follower to a Task.

On a side note, a workaround for this is to create a list or folder for each guest and give them permissions there and attach the task both there and in another list to easily assign it to guests without needing to jump through permissions & sharing. Not elegant but the best I could figure out so far.
