On Table views you can see a user's profile picture AND their name for both assignees and the people custom field. If there's more than one person in either of these fields, it condenses the info and shows just the first name - this is extremely useful.

This feature isn't possible on List view, where only a user's profile picture shows. A user icon is not always helpful for quickly identifying who is assigned/in the people custom field. Can we please get a way of seeing someone's name on List view, like on the Table view?
