We have SLA in place on our clients applications from which we are doing the TMA. During our COPIL metting with our clients we are reviewing all the tickets and if the SLA has been respected. So having the time for date created and Date done are is required for KPI. Having the Now() function in formula would help too.

We have an internal SLA that determines due date depending on when the Task was created; I'm trying to automate deadlines in clickup but I'm running into this problem; I have no way of pulling the time a task was created.
Any news on if this feature will be added?

This would be helpful.

I need this function to use forms for quick logging and keeping track of what time the submission was completed

In Asana, I noticed that they include time information in their "Last modified on" field. This time information is displayed conveniently through a tooltip pop-up, as shown in the attached screenshot. I believe incorporating a similar feature into ClickUp would greatly benefit users, including myself.
In addition, I have a personal preference regarding the representation of near past dates. It would be fantastic if the "Date Updated" field could display "Yesterday" for the previous day's updates and "2 days ago" for updates that occurred two days prior. This approach, similar to Asana's "Last modified on" and ClickUp's "Due Date" field, would provide a clear and concise overview of recent updates. To preserve the exact date and time information, a tooltip could be used, as is currently done for the "Due Date" field in ClickUp.

In my previous comment, I mentioned that the absence of time information in the field can be inconvenient at times.
As a temporary workaround, I have been clicking on a task to open the Task Window and then searching for the latest activity log to determine the most recent update time.
However, today I realized that I had been overlooking one important aspect: the description box.
I noticed that the activity log on the right side of the Task Window does not include any activities related to changes made in the description box, as depicted in the attached screenshot.
In order to identify any recent activity involving the description, it is necessary to click on the History button.
This additional step adds complexity and requires more time to simply view the latest updated time.

Up on this request! It would be very helpful for ClickUp forms to know which ones came first via the time submitted

Currently CU has a "Date Created" field per task. It needs to also have the TIME of day.
Eric Wightman
Nat Gross you can access that inside the task activity section!

Eric Wightman: I know. I should have been more clear. When displaying Date Created/Updated/Closed field in a list or table, only the date displays. By default it should also include the time. Why omit the time?
Furthermore, since it really knows the date & time internally, it should allow different options as how to display it. Like date-only, time-only, dayOfWeek, etc.

Eric Wightman This isn't helpful when looking at lists, boards, or any other large display of multiple tasks.
