The user can choose what (custom) fields to display on a task card and interact with them. Attached is an example of how Fibery does it.

Yes yes yes !
Choose which fields you want to show on task cards.
And color the task according to... ?
Wes
Ability to add fields to Card. Or At least Due Date would seem mission critical, thanks

I want FEWER fields to be visible when a task is on the Whiteboard.
Background
I want to use the Whiteboard as a freeform Eisenhower Matrix. And because I will have at least 50 - 100 tasks on it the Whiteboard at once, I will therefore need the tasks to be as small as possible. (i.e. the Cards should just show the task name and should be of variable width...)

This would be oh so wonderful!! And make the visual nature of Whiteboards so much more useful!

We need the ability to do this as well.

Totally agree, any update on this?
Our team need estimated time and also posibility to add custom field or plain text to have notes about each task.

Task View in whiteboard

It would be great if when you import a task in a whiteboard you could show/hide certain fields in that view. We use this for prioritizing exercise and being able to show a couple custom fields up front vs clicking into the task each time would be very helpful.

Wouldn't it be cool if you could choose what attributes, custom fields, etc. appear on the task cards on a whiteboard? Yes, it would.

I would especially need the Estimates as well on the card as we use the whiteboard for quarterly planning.
Any updates or ETA on this Zach?

Integrate a dropdown from Tasks to reveal subtasks that can be dragged onto the whiteboard.

Jie Flowers
The subtask that I drag should be auto connected to the parent task.
