I firmly raise my voice that internal guest users are not meant to charge if they only wanna do basic things like comment, status-change, and time-tracking for their tasks.

If you wanna charge, give us a cheaper rate for internal users. Currently, ClickUp has charged me for internal users and they are only invited to folders as said in the plan details.

I also prefer to notify users before purchasing the plan, that internal users will be charged, it was not communicated well before and I got suddenly charged for internal users.

My suggestion is, to allow a few free internal guests as everyone has a team who will use the ClickUp.

Currently, I have withdrawn the guest users by making permission as view-only and I am only the user who can change things, then what is the use of that?

If possible, this is just a request to allow some free internal guest users to manage basic things on tasks.
