Share Task Automation to be Triggered by Sources other than Form submissions

Currently "Share Task" Action in Automations can only be triggered from Form submissions.
It will be more useful that this can be automated from all other Sources of Task or subtask created.

- At this point, the Share via Automation is not flexible enough as it can only be triggered through Forms.
- Sharing the Task cannot be done for a Team.
- Due to the above limitations, it is not usable in our situation.
- Once this can be triggered from any Task or subtask creation trigger, and share the Task or subtasks to a Team, then I can finally protect my Lists by limiting the access to Comment only.
