Set workload capacity per day

I need to be able to customize staff workload where every day is not equal. IE: indicate weekdays that parttime staff are not available or only available part-day one day but full day the next.

I'd love to have something similar to Calendly - set hours per day, and then an option to override specific dates. The Enterprise plan is not an option for me as a sole freelancer, and nor should it be necessary.

My team works 4 day workweeks as well, and we heavily use the workload view for balancing workload capacity. It's challenging to do so right now since we can't update the daily capacity. If a team member works 8 hours per day, but only Monday-Thursday their total capacity is 32 hours, but because ClickUp divides the 32 by 5 days that sets capacity at 6.4 hrs/day. We've tried workarounds such as increasing capacity to 40 hrs to get 8 hrs/day so that daily capacity is correct M-TH but that has led to confusion for team members about overall hours scheduled/worked for the week.

The feature should be part of any paid plan, not just Business Plus and up. My team only works 4 day weeks and to properly use ClickUp we MUST be able to set the capacity of Fridays to 0 for everyone.

This would be very useful!

Please add a feature where I can add multiple tasks per assignee and divide the total estimated hours based on single day or weekly capacity. for example:
Assignee 1: 6.6hrs/day capacity
Task 1 (208hrs total) = 2.2hrs/day
Task 2 (140hrs total) = 2.2hrs/day
Task 3 (96hrs total) = 2.2hrs/day.
Thanks.

This is a big one for things like contractors and temp/hourly staff!

Workload is a great feature, but I need to be able to adjust the capacity per day and collaborator. Every assignee has their own day(s) off and of course different capacities! The company has a 12/7 workload capacity and I plan pretty granular tasks that are supposed to fill 1 day. So, for me the capacity settings per day are more important than the workload splitting calculation.

Am currently planning tasks that start before Xmas and finish afterwards. No-one will be working between 24th Dec and 3rd Jan, but the workload calculations assume they'll all be working every weekday in that period - and because there are so many days, that's throwing everything off.
Workload is one of the most important features of Clickup, but currently it's very limited.
