Set the default view shown when logging in

I would like the ability to set my Home / Inbox page to be the first screen I see at login, or the ability to set it to another location in my Workspace

seriously. it's the "HOME" tab. HOME! The heck is the point of even calling it the Home tab/view when it's not the default. Worse: you can't even MAKE it the default. Uhhhh......

We need two buttons - one to open the sidebar, and one to go to a default Home screen.
The name "Home" being interchangeable for the Sidebar in 4.0 makes no sense. In fact, that whole button and how it works/does not work makes no sense.
It is a really confusing setup.
HOME MISNOMER
It does not take you to a Home screen of any kind - it takes you somewhere random - AND it opens the sidebar.
I know Clickup want the full sidebar to be considered your home, but it's not useful as an actual Home page, nor what I would expect.
It has no information on it, so it's not really a Home screen of any kind.
When I click "Home", I am expecting to go to an actual Home screen - most likely a custom dashboard I set up as the default view on loading ClickUp. One that I can show whatever data I want on it.
DOES TWO FUNCTIONS INSTEAD OF ONE
But it's also weird it even opens the sidebar. Because 1. nothing in the name indicates that it will, and 2. it ALSO navigates away at the same time as opening the sidebar.
The problem with making the "Home" button not only take you to another page (even if it worked as expected) but ALSO open the sidebar is that you might not want to do both of those things - you might want to just open the sidebar, or you might just want to go to your home page.
SUMMARY
A Sidebar is not a "Home". It's a navigational tool to move around ClickUp.
We need two buttons - one to open the sidebar (a standard hamburger-type button), and one to go to a default Home screen.

I'm amazed that this isn't a really basic preference setting. Right now my app shows me some random list inside one space -- no clue why or how that got set. I want to see either my Home Screen or a particular view I have setup in the Everything Space.

Previously, it always opened on the last page (space/list) displayed.
Now it always opens on the same space/list.

I could have swore that there was a way to set this in the past. Maybe I've gone crazy. But my workspace opens to docs view by default and I'm utterly confused how it's being selected.

I would like my ClickUp Chrome extension to have the ability to open to my dashboard as a default screen. A default screen of my choosing was possible when we were using WorkFront. Seems like an easy request to fulfill.

Define page / list / main module when opening Clickup.
For example, you can define that every time you sign in you should open Inbox.

This should have been a given for basic software operation. I use apps created in edge and would be nice if I could have separate apps to go directly to a space or a list. I tried changing the URL in the link, but it always goes back to where I left off. That is the stupidest idea for software operation I have seen in a long time.

this would be a fantastic idea!
