Send new doc pages to top
Ethan Whitted
It would be super helpful to have the option to have new doc pages by default either be sent to the top or the bottom of all existing sibling doc pages.
For example, we currently use a ClickUp doc to keep an archive of all past newsletters we have sent out, with each newsletter as its own subpage within the Doc. However, the pages are arranged newest (at the top) to oldest (at the bottom) and when a new page is created it goes all the way down BENEATH all the existing subpages, forcing the user to scroll all the way down to the bottom, grab it, and drag it up to the top each time.

It would be better if it was a setting on folders and on documents (new documents/pages go to top or bottom) so the API is also accommodated.

Would LOVE this feature. I'd like to see it as an option 1) for the whole document set, 2) for each sub-page under the main document. Sometimes we want to have a running list of meeting notes, with the newest on top. And other times we want to have more of a traditional documentation set, where it's more user-friendly to add new pages to the bottom of the set.

Could you PLEASE make a similar option available for tasks (in Board and other views)? Having newly added/completed tasks go to the bottom makes them disappear :(

Ethan Whitted: marking this as planned. 🎉 We're working on some Doc page/subpage improvements, so I'll try to slide this in as well. Will keep you posted!
