The feature to be able to send emails from ClickUp and to receive responses back as comments is wonderful! It would be really nice if we could send emails from a team inbox. We use Outlook at our organization and we have several support teams that have their own team inboxes. On some occasions it would be better for emails to be sent as this team email rather then the user's personal email. Right now it seems that ClickUp will only let a user select their personal inbox to add.
As a bonus, it would be nice if 1) the team inbox could be added by ClickUp Admins for multiple users and 2) if the admins could choose which users have access to the inbox (or have it ClickUp automatically detect it via the users Outlook accesses).
