Issue:

When we are working actively on a task, multiple people can be working on a task and often this leads to overlapping messages.

Solution:

If you can see that a user is active in a certain task and actively writing a comment , it is easier to anticipate and avoiding double answers, overlapping or miscommunication.

UI:

Show a visual in the comment section that another user is typing a comment. examples are 3 moving dots, or just a written 'XXX is writing....'
